Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state OT license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience or interest in school-based OT practice
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop student-centered treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services according to IEPs and best practices for school settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to optimize student outcomes in classrooms and other school environments
• Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and other essential functions for school participation
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and contribute to progress monitoring and IEP meetings
• Advocate for accessible, positive learning environments
