What You’ll Be Doing Support customers by phone, email, and chat—creating exceptional service experiences. Provide empathetic, professional, and positive customer support. Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency. Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates. Research solutions and respond to customer needs with helpful support. Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer. Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience. Learn our offerings inside and out—becoming a knowledgeable go-to resource. What We’re Looking For 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry a plus). Excellent communication and active listening skills. Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!). A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success. High school diploma or equivalent required.
