As a Manager, you will lead teams in managing client service accounts, leveraging your knowledge to mentor junior staff and secure the delivery of exceptional results that meet client expectations. **What You Must Have**
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of experience

- Advising on compensation strategy and salary administration
- Understanding global compensation regulations and compliance
- Researching compensation practices and trends in various countries
- Coaching and developing team members effectively
- Contributing innovative ideas for process enhancements
- Keeping current with business and economic issues related to compensation

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
