Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2070 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Tucson Medical.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - First-time travelers not accepted.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Continuous bladder irrigation preferred.

Required Credentials: - Required certifications must be current and cannot expire w/n 30 days of start.

Special Requests: - Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - Full contract length required. - Cannot apply to multiple positions.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Team nursing model. - LPN + RN team ratio 2:8. - Solo RN ratio 1:5-6.

Shift & Scheduling: - 4 weekend shifts per contract. - Call required: Push back. - Manager reserves the right to schedule staff and make changes when needed.

Floating Requirements: - Must be agreeable to floating within scope of practice to sister facility TMC Rincon on rare occasion; 25 min away and lower acuity.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
