We are looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer with a strong background in business litigation and estate/trust litigation, including all facets of litigation and appeals. This role offers a partnership-type pay structure with a competitive base salary and an attractive performance bonus system.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Draft and negotiate legal agreements and contracts
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents

Compensation:

• Highly dependent on experience and skillset but will include base salary + performance bonus
• Benefits: $250 per month health insurance stipend, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in business/commercial and estate/trust litigation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Active member of the Arizona State Bar.

Skills:
- Strong legal research skills using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks, including document management and case organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective negotiation and communication with clients, opposing counsel, and judges
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, concise advice
- Strong drafting skills for preparing legal documents
- Experience in litigation, including courtroom experience and the ability to effectively litigate cases
