Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our growing team. Our organization is expanding quickly, with the number of locations nearly doubling over the past 12 months. Due to the rate we’re growing, we offer significant advancement opportunities. Job Duties

• Execute sales process to meet monthly goals
  
• Create a pampering experience for our customers
  
• Answer phones and book appointment
  
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
  
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
  
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  
• Positive, energetic attitude
  

Requirements

• Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
  
• Desire to be in a sales position
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
  
• Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
  
• Professional appearance & demeanor
  
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
