Transport Office Assistant

Sofidel America in Phoenix is currently seeking a Transport Office Assistant (TOA). We are looking for a reliable and motivated candidate who is local to the area and interested in a long-term opportunity within a stable work environment. The TOA plays a key role in organizing transportation activities and ensuring goods are delivered according to service standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Organize and schedule transport vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with service-level requirements.
Verify and match invoices from logistics suppliers to ensure accurate cost accounting.
Support the Transport Office Supervisor in the ongoing evaluation of carrier service quality.
Assist corporate departments with matters related to distribution logistics.
Ensure proper management of all transportation processes in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture within the organization.
Perform other job-related duties within the area of responsibility as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
