Manufacturing Technician Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Tuesday through Thursday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Monitor plant control systems and adjust as needed.
• Weigh chemicals and transfer algae for bioreactor inoculations.
• Take samples from bioreactors and utilize laboratory equipment for required tests.
• Bottle, package and prepare pallets and totes of product for shipment.
• Fulfill sales orders by prepping and staging product for shipment to customers.
• Utilize a forklift to load outgoing product shipments and unload raw materials.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of chemical, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and assist with needed repairs.
• Maintain and promote a safe work environment

Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow procedural documents.
• Willingness to work early mornings and late evenings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
