Job Title: Bi-lingual Billing Clerk (French/English)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Monday–Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote)
Pay Rate: $26.00-$28.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Billing Clerk to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and a go-getter mentality. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for processing a high volume of service tickets daily, ensuring accuracy in billing and capturing all applicable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process 200–250 service tickets daily with precision and timeliness.
- Review and close service tickets to ensure accurate billing and capture of all markups.
- Conduct analytical reviews of reports to identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of billing activities and documentation.
- Respond promptly to internal and external email inquiries.
- Support the finance team with additional administrative and billing tasks as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures related to billing.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) – Required (Non-negotiable)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday–Thursday in office; Friday remote.
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
