What You’ll Do

You’ll take the lead in managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenants are satisfied, property owners are thrilled, and operations run smoothly. Your job is to be the central force that keeps everyone informed, every dollar accounted for, and every property cared for like it’s your own.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Face of Patriot : Deliver exceptional service to our property owners with transparency, proactive communication, and follow-through. Owners should always feel confident knowing we have their back.

• Drive Financial Performance : Ensure timely rent collection and accurate monthly disbursements to owners. Communicate expenses clearly—no surprises.

• Keep It Running Smoothly : Oversee payments for property-related expenses (maintenance, taxes, payroll) and make sure the financials are clear, consistent, and communicated.

• Leasing Leadership : Market and lease vacant units by advertising, conducting property tours, screening applicants, and ensuring compliance with housing laws.

• Coordinate Repairs & Maintenance : Schedule inspections, manage vendors, and arrange contracts for everything from landscaping to security services.

• Solve Problems Creatively : Tackle issues and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset, resolving conflicts and maintaining positive tenant relationships.

• Report with Clarity : Provide owners with clear updates on financial performance, occupancy, lease expirations, and other key metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential property management (preferred, but not required if you're a fast learner with the right mindset)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• A self-starter attitude with a proactive mindset—anticipate problems before they happen

• A “people first” approach to client and tenant relationships

• Familiarity with property management software (a plus)
