What You’ll Do

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals
• Provide hands-on care and assist residents with daily living needs (ADLs)
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all standards
• Collaborate with families, staff, and professionals to deliver exceptional care

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a company driver
• Ability to pass background checks and complete paid training
• Physically able to safely lift and transfer up to 40 lbs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Basic computer proficiency
