Position Overview:

As an Outside Solar Sales Consultant , you'll be the face of Freedom Pros — helping homeowners understand how solar power can save money, increase home value, and contribute to a cleaner planet. You'll generate new business through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, and referrals. Experienced Consultants will guide customers through the consultation and closing process.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with homeowners through outside sales and community outreach

• Educate potential customers about solar energy and Freedom Forever's installation process

• Generate and qualify new leads through canvassing, community outreach, and referrals.

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer needs and provide customized solar solutions (experience required)

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to installation

• Stay up to date on training and product knowledge to improve sales performance

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in direct sales, solar, pest control, home improvement, or similar fields preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive, coachable, goal-driven mindset with a desire to excel

• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging face-to-face with customers

• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow

• Familiarity with CRM systems or digital sales tools is a plus
