Job Description:

Greet guests, manage reservations, seat customers, monitor dining flow, and maintain a clean environment.

Clear and reset tables promptly, assist servers with food and beverage service, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, restock service stations, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Welcoming Guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ascertain their dining needs. This includes providing menus and seating them appropriately.

• Managing Seating: Oversee the seating chart and monitor restaurant activity to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times. This involves coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and timely manner. This includes answering questions about the menu, restaurant policies, and directions within the establishment.

• Maintaining Host Area: Keep the host area clean and organized, ensuring that menus are stocked and in good condition. This also includes performing opening and closing duties as needed.

• Feedback Collection: Interact with guests as they leave to thank them for their visit and solicit feedback on their dining experience. This helps improve service and guest satisfaction.

• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.

• Assist servers with food and beverage service.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms.

• Restock service stations with essential supplies.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintains table appearance by pre-bussing, checks drink levels, removes clutter, and provides adequate napkins, etc

• Keeps station clean, sets up and takes down station tables appropriately

Qualifications:

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
• Requires at least six months of closely related serving experience, work experience in high volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment preferred
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
• Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
• Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
