Provides continuing education to existing and new customers and manages customer relationships to ensure that their needs are met and Sonora Quest Laboratories Roadmap objectives are met. Projects the highest professional and ethical standards in representing LSA/SQL in the marketplace. _Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards._ **CORE FUNCTIONS** 1. Targets accounts for growth in line with the market needs and sales initiatives; territorial market strategy; introduces new products and services; implements all policy updates or changes; delivers on the total attainment and retention goals of his/hers territory of at least 100%. 2. Builds relationships at multiple levels within their assigned accounts, with internal support positions, and with Operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of fulfilling position responsibilities. 3. Prepares and submits required reports for Management in a timely manner. 4. Collects and channels market dynamics information and communicate to local leadership for participation in developing overall business strategy for increasing volume and profitability. 5.
