Are you a Certified Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in infusion therapies and a passion for precision? We're looking for a highly methodical and accurate technician to join our specialty pharmacy team supporting patients with complex care needs.

About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Technician in our infusion therapy pharmacy, you’ll work alongside pharmacists and clinicians to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-specific infusion treatments. While this role does not include compounding, it requires extensive experience in dose calculations, data accuracy, and adherence to strict protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pharmacists in processing and verifying infusion therapy prescriptions

• Perform accurate dose calculations and ensure all preparation instructions are correct

• Coordinate with prescribers and nursing teams to support treatment plans

• Prepare and package medications for timely delivery to patients or healthcare providers

• Maintain strict inventory control and documentation in compliance with all regulations

• Use pharmacy software systems to process and track prescriptions with precision

Requirements:

• Active AZ Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required

• 2+ years of experience in a specialty or infusion pharmacy setting

• Proven experience with dose verification and infusion therapy protocols

• Highly organized with a strong commitment to accuracy and patient safety

• Familiarity with electronic health records and pharmacy management systems

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
