Position Title: Junior Marketing Analyst

Reports to: Director, Marketing

Department: Marketing

Location: 2929 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ (in-office position)

Classification: Full-time / Exempt

Summary / Job Objective: Marketing Analysts for Simplicity focus on reporting on and providing insight into Marketing activities and objectives throughout the company. They work with various stakeholders to determine areas of strength as well as identifying opportunities and work with relevant parties to implement new strategies aimed at improving performance.

Essential Job Functions: Junior Marketing Analyst responsibilities include working alongside Marketing Analyst and supporting in the tracking and reporting on marketing and sales performance, researching campaign results, and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, candidates should have an analytic mindset, experience with marketing campaigns and the relevant software used. Ultimately, this role will help ensure our marketing efforts are effective through analytics and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist in data collection and cleanup for marketing and sales reports generated for senior leadership and Partners

· Monitor reporting and work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover trends and opportunities

· Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)

· Help set up campaigns and automated marketing funnels

· Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data

· Maintain automated marketing campaigns (assets, metrics, rules)

· Assign and track prospects through recruiting/onboarding process and identify best practices

Qualifications:

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel

· Knowledge of Google Analytics

· Understanding of digital marketing practices and campaign implementation

· Bachelor’s degree in Business (marketing and/or quantitative focus preferred)

· Experience with Automated Marketing Software a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation (based on experience)

• Base salary: $45,000 - $50,000
• This is an Exempt position
• Annual performance bonus target: 5%
