- Handle cost accounting activities and related financial tasks across the organization.
- Compile and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Oversee and update the company’s general ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Track, record, and manage fixed assets, including depreciation and asset disposals for both tangible and intangible items.
- Reconcile accounts regularly and oversee accounts receivable activity.
- Prepare and submit required tax filings to federal, state, and local authorities.
- Coordinate with and support external auditors during reviews and audits.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Required)
- Construction Accounting experience (Preferred)
- 3 years of strong GL experience
- Willingness to go 5 days on site
- Salary 90-100k
