What You’ll Do

In this B2B sales role, you’ll build relationships with local businesses in the wellness space — including medspas, hormone clinics, salons, fitness studios, and health providers — and help them offer MenoBella memberships to their clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and pursuing new B2B opportunities through outreach and networking

• Presenting and selling bulk membership packages (“MenoBella Codes”)

• Educating business owners on how to integrate MenoBella with their services

• Delivering compelling in-person and virtual product demos

• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients

• Managing your own pipeline, follow-ups, and goals

• Staying current on market trends and competitor offerings

• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Who You Are

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and entrepreneurial

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently

• Passionate about wellness, women’s health, or the medspa/beauty/fitness industries

• Experience in health & wellness or beauty sales is a strong plus

Compensation & Earnings

This is a 1099 commission-only role with uncapped earning potential .

• Commissions range from $250 to $1,000+ per sale , depending on the package

• Average performers: $75,000 – $120,000/year

• Top performers: $150,000+/year

• Bonuses and incentives available

Work Location

• Remote with on-the-road visits to local businesses
