Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality patient service, and adherence to safety protocols
• Oversee medication dispensing processes, verifying accuracy and compliance with medical terminology standards
• Provide guidance on complex prescriptions, clarifying medication instructions for patients and staff alike
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and regulatory documentation
• Foster a patient-centered environment by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring excellent service
• Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with legal regulations and industry best practices
• Support training initiatives to enhance team knowledge of medical terminology and customer service skills

Experience

• Proven experience working in a pharmacy setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and healthcare
• Prior experience supervising pharmacy technicians or staff members is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to patient service and team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
