Automotive Finance Managaer

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our high-performing dealership team in Arizona. What You'll Do
- Present finance, leasing, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products professionally and ethically.
- Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions.
- Structure deals to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current with lender programs.
- Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies, including Truth in Lending, OFAC, Red Flags, Safeguards Rule, and other applicable regulations.
- Monitor funding and CIT while ensuring timely contract funding.
- Partner with the sales team to create a seamless customer buying experience.
- Consistently achieve finance, product penetration, and profitability goals.
- Maintain a high CSI while delivering an outstanding ownership experience.
- Minimum 2-5 years of automotive F&I management experience preferred.
- Proven history of strong finance production and product sales.
- Knowledge of prime, subprime, lease, and special finance programs.
- Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
