Physician
We are seeking a Board Eligible Urologist for an immediate, ongoing call-only assignment. This is an emergency gap-fill; we are looking for a provider with an active Arizona license who can start almost immediately to support hospital and emergency department needs.
Assignment Timeline- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Credentialing: Emergency 5 7 Day Fast-Track
- Urgency: Critical Candidate must be submitted immediately for rapid privilege approval.
- Coverage Type: 24-Hour Call Only
- Focus: Inpatient consults, emergency department response, and emergent urological procedures.
- Practice Model: Hospital-based call; no outpatient clinic responsibilities.
- EMR: Medhost
- Licensure: Active Arizona (AZ) State Medical License is mandatory.
- Certification: Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Urology.
