Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital - West is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Medical Director to lead our growing small animal veterinary practice in Springfield, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is committed to delivering high-quality medicine, mentoring associates, and shaping the future of a thriving full-service animal hospital.
Your Impact as Medical Director:
- Set the medical vision and uphold clinical standards
- Support and mentor associate DVMs and veterinary staff
- Collaborate with practice leadership on hiring, training, scheduling, and compliance
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional client service and patient care
- Help shape protocols, workflows, and overall culture
