About the Role
We are seeking a Professional Relations Coordinator (PRC) — the face and voice of our practice in the community.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys being out of the office connecting with others. You will play a key role in growing the practice by developing meaningful partnerships and creating memorable experiences.

This position starts part-time (3 days per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as the practice expands.

What You’ll Do
Build and nurture relationships with:
• General dental offices
• Pediatric dental and medical offices
• Orthodontic practices

Represent Phoenix Face in the community as a true brand ambassador

Coordinate and host educational events, lunches, and study clubs

Conduct regular “touch points” and visits to referral offices

Educate partners on procedures, services, and what makes our practice unique

Help create marketing initiatives that elevate the practice presence

Phoenix Face Maxillofacial Surgery is a surgical clinic specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery with special focus on orthognathic surgery (jaw surgery), cleft lip and palate surgery, facial trauma, pediatric facial surgery, and oral surgery including wisdom teeth removal, dental extractions, bone grafting, and dental implants. If you are looking for an opportunity where the day-to-day clinic schedule is different each day because of the vast array of services offered then this is the place for you. We treat everyone from newborns with craniofacial conditions to our frail and aging population who have sustained trauma. In a single day, we can perform facial analysis for jaw surgery, provide specialty bottle feeding techniques to our cleft babies, manage post-operative poly-trauma patients, and perform in-office oral surgery, such as all-on-4 dental implants under anesthesia.
