Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology or equivalent X-Ray/ARRT certification required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab experience preferred; candidates with fewer years will be considered.
- Experience circulating and monitoring in the cardiac catheterization lab.
- Familiarity with STEMI protocols and high-risk mechanical circulatory support devices such as Impella, IABP, and Anari.
- Experience working with EMR systems; XPER experience preferred.
- Ability to respond to STEMI call within 30 minutes as required by the facility. Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from CCI preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting with circulating and scrub responsibilities.
- Shift hours:
- Work schedule: 4x10s format.
- On-call: 2-3 days per week and every 3rd weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). Thirty minute response time for STEMI call.
- Patient ratio: 3:1.
- Scrub color: light blue.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours.
- Must be willing to work required on-call and weekend coverage.
