Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily building operations, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination. This role requires someone who is mechanically inclined, highly reliable, and able to identify and address facility issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify leaks, lighting issues, or safety concerns
- Perform basic building repairs and general maintenance
- Monitor refrigeration systems and manage air filter replacements
- Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors (fire inspections, maintenance contractors, etc.)
- Oversee on-site security officers and ensure site procedures are followed
- Remove or paint over graffiti immediately when necessary
- Schedule and track preventative maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum 40 hours per week on-site (clock-in required via PayClock)
- Must be available for after-hours emergencies
- English must be the primary language for vendor and emergency coordination
- Strong reliability and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to determine when repairs can be handled in-house or require licensed professionals
