Executive Account Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our account management and client services teams.
Key Responsibilities

Assist account executives with scheduling meetings, calls, and client follow-ups.

Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and other client-facing documents.

Coordinate logistics for client events, meetings, and on-site initiatives.

Support account executives with client communications, inquiries, and updates.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure all client needs are met.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
