Local Delivery Driver for Manufacturing Company in Tempe, AZ

Local driving only

Shift:  Full time, day shift

Location: 1515 W. 17th St, Tempe, AZ 85281

Pay: up to $19 per hour

CDL not required. Deliveries will be made using one of our company vehicles (small box truck or pick-up truck). You will not be required to use your personal vehicle.

Job Requirements, Must meet the following:

• Ability to lift trays or boxes up to 50 pounds, unassisted when necessary
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid drivers license and clean 3 year driving record (this is required by our auto insurance policy).
• Ability to analyze paperwork and differentiate what jobs are ours, when picking up at other customers
• General knowledge of the Phoenix area and ability to organize stops
• Function in a team atmosphere and have the willingness to help support other areas during peak times

Responsibilities:

• Drive a delivery truck to drop off or pick up parts
• Assists with various warehouse jobs as requested, including building boxes and packing boxes
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
