Junior Communications Coordinator
Position Overview
The Junior Communications Coordinator supports internal and client-facing communications related to projects, events, and service coordination. This role focuses on organization, documentation, and clear communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing internal and client communications.

Coordinate schedules, meeting notes, and project updates.

Maintain organized communication records and documentation.

Support coordination between departments and client teams.

Assist with reporting, summaries, and administrative communication tasks.

Ensure timely and professional information flow across teams.
Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous administrative or coordination experience is a plus.
