Agile Delivery Lead - Business Transformation

XNRGY is seeking a qualified Value Stream Performance Lead to join its team located in Mesa, AZ.

The Agile Delivery Lead is accountable for seamless squad execution and driving the success of the Business Transformation program. You will set the standard for rigor in agile ceremonies, continuously raising the squad’s ability to deliver measurable process improvements, automation, and AI initiatives. At the heart of the transformation, this role ensures that redesigned processes are implemented effectively, squads operate efficiently, and value streams achieve their improvement targets—directly impacting operational excellence across the organization.

Beyond delivery, this role is a coach and mentor , teaching squad members and business leaders how to apply agile principles to maximize value delivery. You will empower teams to take ownership of their work, embed continuous improvement, and ensure that agile is used as a strategic tool to drive measurable business outcomes.

Under the guidance of Transformation Office leadership, the Agile Delivery Lead will manage agile squads, prioritize backlogs, track delivery KPIs, and align squad execution with strategic business goals.

An overview of your responsibilities:

Squad Execution, Coaching & Agile Rigor

• Ensure seamless squad execution by setting the bar for agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
• Coach squad members on agile principles, practices, and techniques to increase their ability to deliver value.
• Mentor business leaders on how to leverage agile ways of working to support value delivery.
• Promote discipline, rigor, and consistency across all agile practices to maximize efficiency and delivery quality.

Backlog & Value Stream Management

• Manage and prioritize the transformation backlog, including process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI use cases.
• Partner with Value Stream Owners to ensure backlog items align with strategic business goals.
• Set value stream improvement targets and track progress toward achieving them.

Agile Delivery & Squad Facilitation

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate dependencies across squads through Scrum of Scrums.
• Track and report on squad progress, velocity, and KPIs (e.g., cycle time reduction, automation adoption).

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Act as the go-to person for agile delivery and transformation inquiries.
• Support governance activities, risk management, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

What you'll need, among other things!

• 5+ years of experience in project management, agile delivery, or transformation roles.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP with agile experience.
• Experience in process transformation, digitalization, automation, or AI-driven initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and business process mapping.
• Experience working in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Note: occasional travel may be required to support cross-site collaboration.
