Employee Relations Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Employee Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience by serving as a bridge between field employees and the corporate office. This position will be responsible for fostering employee success through direct engagement, field visits, and dedicated office hours. Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and system navigation, the Employee Relations Coordinator will ensure seamless communication and support across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Success & Support: Serve as the primary resource for employees seeking guidance on company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR-related systems.
Employee Relations:
· Conduct regular field visits to engage with employees, gather feedback, and address concerns proactively, maintain visibility and build trust.
· Addressing employee concerns, questions, and complaints promptly.
· Facilitating conflict resolution and employee relations issues
· Investigating and documenting employee concerns related to workplace policies and practices
· Maintain open office hours to provide accessible support and ensure timely responses to employee inquiries.
· Partner with HR Manager to implement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
· Assist Manager with Stay interviews process
Benefits Administration:
· Explaining and assist with company benefit enrollment and all other benefit advertisement
· Answering employee questions regarding benefits eligibility and coverage
· Managing benefit changes and updates
Field & Office Liaison:
· Act as a communication link between field employees and office teams to ensure clarity and alignment on company policies and updates.
· Address and escalate employee concerns appropriately, ensuring swift resolution in collaboration with HR and management teams.
· Support employee engagement initiatives by facilitating meetings, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Administrative & HR Support:
· Assist employees in navigating HR systems, completing required forms, and understanding payroll processes.
· Provide guidance on benefits enrollment, eligibility, and claims assistance.
· Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
· Participate in the onboarding process for new employees by providing HR-related guidance and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Performance Management:
· Supporting managers in conducting performance reviews and development plans
· Providing feedback and coaching to employees on performance improvement
Qualifications:
· Combination of experience in HR, employee relations, administrative assistant or a similar role, or combination experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
· Experience in a field-based or construction-related environment is a must
· Proficiency in workforce Go, employee Navigator, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to travel locally and nationally
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.
