Sculpture Hospitality of North Scottsdale

Position Overview

Sculpture Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Inventory Auditor to join our team serving bars and restaurants throughout the Scottsdale area. This part-time position offers 10-20 hours per week with potential for growth.

Schedule:

Night and early morning shifts when establishments are closed

Compensation: $20+ per hour based on experience

About the Role:

As an Inventory Auditor, you will conduct weekly inventory audits for our hospitality clients, helping them track liquor inventory with precision and efficiency. You'll work independently while being part of a supportive team structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, efficient counts of liquor inventory in bars and restaurants

• Identify and correct counting errors independently and with processor assistance

• Conduct recounts and quality assessments to ensure accuracy

• Communicate data to off-site processors via email or text

• Identify inventory storage locations

• Report establishment issues and concerns immediately to clients

• Handle inventory and equipment with care to prevent damage

• Organize inventory for clients during counting process

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

• Must pass background check

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing job demands

• Capable of working efficiently under time constraints

Preferred Skills

• Previous inventory or auditing experience

• Strong observational skills for identifying discrepancies

• Excellent organizational abilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work late nights or early mornings

• Comfortable working in various restaurant/bar environments

• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
