Logistics Billing Assistant – Apache Junction, AZ

All Star Storage & Container Sales is hiring a Logistics Billing Assistant to support our growing

trucking operations. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented,

and comfortable working with both paperwork and numbers.

Pay: Based on experience

Location: Apache Junction, AZ

What You’ll Do:

Billing & Accounting: Handle invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and reconcile

transactions using QuickBooks

Logistics Support: Work closely with our Logistics Coordinator to track drivers, loads,

and timesheets

Document Management: Organize and maintain important paperwork like Bills of Lading

(BOLs), rate confirmations, and proof of delivery

Compliance Tracking: Keep driver files, medical certificates, and vehicle registrations up

to date

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for drivers, brokers, and vendors regarding

billing and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Familiarity with the trucking/transportation industry (BOLs, DOT compliance preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
