What You’ll Do

• ✅ Manage purchasing for projects and plants (goods, services and MRO) to meet scope, schedule, and quality needs.
• ✅ Run sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP), perform bid analyses, and recommend awards with clear risk evaluations.
• ✅ Negotiate terms and conditions; support contract reviews and supplier relationship management.
• ✅ Track contract and PO deliverables; ensure accurate, timely PO execution and on-time completion.
• ✅ Monitor supplier performance with Supplier ScoreCards; address quality or delivery issues proactively.
• ✅ Coordinate with internal customers to plan demand and align procurement activity to quantity/quality requirements.
• ✅ Maintain anti-corruption and due-diligence checks to meet compliance standards.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• ✔ 3+ years as a Buyer/Procurement Specialist (AG, O&G, or similar industrial environment preferred).
• ✔ Proven delivery across sourcing, contracting and post-award management.
• ✔ Collaborative, agile team player able to partner with suppliers and multi-discipline project teams.
• ✔ Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; influence decisions with data and clear recommendations.
• ✔ Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word; SAP experience preferred.
