ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily front-of-house operations.
- Lead by example to uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver consistent, warm, and attentive guest experiences.
- Manage floor operations to maintain flow, efficiency, and exceptional guest engagement.
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
- Assist in managing financial performance including labor, operating costs, and profitability goals.
- Handle guest relations and service recovery with confidence and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Be prepared to step into the GM role when the opportunity arises.
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Proven success managing large teams in dynamic, fast-paced operations.
- Strong financial understanding of labor management, sales forecasting, and cost control
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
- A leader who inspires accountability, collaboration, and respect.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ambition and readiness to assume General Manager responsibilities quickly.
- Competitive salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Bonus and Benefits
