Job Description
The Buffalo Spot is hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our high-energy kitchen team in Phoenix.
We’re known for great wings, loaded fries, and bold flavors , served fast and done right. This is a high-volume, fast-casual kitchen , and we’re looking for someone who can keep up, stay focused, and take pride in every plate that goes out.
If you move with urgency, work well under pressure, and like being part of a team that hustles together—this is your spot.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and cook menu items quickly and consistently (wings, fries, tenders, sauces, etc.)
• Execute orders with accuracy while maintaining speed during high-volume rushes
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stations at all times
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Assist with prep, portioning, and inventory rotation
• Communicate clearly with team members to keep service running smoothly
• Jump in wherever needed—this is a team-first kitchen
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or quick-service environment preferred
• Ability to work with urgency and stay composed during rushes
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food execution
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and follow systems and standards
• Availability for nights, weekends, and peak hours
