Use your communication skills to promote trusted State Farm products while earning hourly wage, performance-based bonuses, and the opportunity to promote to a licensed agent sales position within 3-6 months. What Youll Do:
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to potential customers
- Identify and qualify at least 3 leads per day for our agents
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow all company guidelines and compliance standards
- Track and report your call and lead activity
- Positive, determined, and resilient attitude
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Coachable with a professional phone manner
- Driven, ambitious individuals eager to work hard, learn quickly, and advance rapidlyearning rewards and promotions based on their performance
