About the Role:
Alliance Global Solutions is expanding in the Mesa market and looking for motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing fiber internet team! You’ll represent one of the fastest internet providers in the area connecting customers to reliable, high-speed fiber while enjoying uncapped earning potential.

We’re looking for energetic go-getters who love talking to people, thrive on performance-based pay, and want to be part of a fast-growing team.

Compensation & Schedule

1. Pay Structure: Commission-based
2. Commission Range: $155–$220 per sale , depending on the product sold
3. Incentives: Weekly performance bonuses and promotional contests
4. Pay Frequency:
5. 1. Weekly (via Zelle) during the first 4 weeks to incentivize new hires
   2. Biweekly standard payroll thereafter
6. Payment Schedule: Reps are paid each Monday for the previous week’s sales
7. Earning Potential: $1,000–$2,000+ per week (top performers)

Responsibilities

1. Engage with residential customers door-to-door to promote and sell fiber internet services
2. Explain product features, pricing, and installation process
3. Meet daily and weekly sales goals
4. Maintain accurate records of leads and completed sales
5. Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
