- 10+ years of professional experience in business, consulting, communications, marketing, business development, leadership, management, sales, client relationship management, operations, or a related professional field
- Strong communication skills and professional presence

- Self-direction, organization, and comfort working independently
- Interest in ongoing personal and professional growth
- Ability to leverage technology and digital tools effectively

- Follow a structured process to assess mutual alignment and fit
