Role Summary
We are looking for an innovative Electrical Engineer who brings expertise in PCB design and embedded software development. This position will play a key role in designing, building, and validating hardware/software solutions for a wide range of applications, including defense, automation, consumer devices, and connectivity products. The right candidate will be both detail-oriented and hands-on, with the ability to take designs from concept through production.

Your Impact

• Create electrical schematics, layouts, and multi-layer PCB designs.

• Develop, integrate, and test embedded software for hardware systems.

• Translate requirements into reliable, production-ready hardware and firmware.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize hardware and firmware performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complete system solutions.

• Document designs and processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards (MIL-STD, UL, IEEE).

• Participate in project planning and provide accurate technical input for schedules and budgets.

• Support prototyping, installation, and field deployment as needed.

• Continuously explore and apply new tools and technologies in PCB and embedded design.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in circuit design and PCB layout.

• Proficiency in PCB CAD tools (Altium strongly preferred).

• Practical knowledge of embedded programming (C/C++ or similar).

• Exposure to high-speed data buses such as PCIe, USB 3, or MIPI (preferred).

• Strong understanding of power distribution, signal integrity, and system-level design.

• Skilled in hardware validation, test procedures, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and best practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
