Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona State physical therapy license required to start the assignment. Compact eligibility noted; candidate must meet licensing requirements for assignment state.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehab settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in hospital-based or acute rehab units preferred.
• Experience with neurological and orthopedic patient populations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–17:00.
• Shift days: Days.
