Cleaning Specialist

Trevor's is looking for enthusiastic people to join our growing team. We are currently seeking a Cleaning Specialist for one of our locations. As a Cleaning Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of our dining and retail establishment. This position ensures that guests enjoy a clean, safe, and inviting environment during their dining and/or shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning guest facing areas: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the dining room, bar, and entryways to maintain a tidy and professional appearance.
• Sanitize and dust all surfaces: Wipe down, dust and sanitize tables, chairs, shelves, and floor fixtures ensuring they are clean and inviting for every guest.
• Restroom upkeep: Deep clean and stock restrooms, making sure they’re always fresh and presentable for our guests.
• Waste management: Empty trash bins and ensure waste is properly disposed of, keeping the restaurant neat and tidy.
• Entrance and windows: Clean windows, doors, and entryways to ensure the restaurant looks inviting from the outside in.
• General small item maintenance: Fix items that may require small repair using common household tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work (restaurant experience a plus but not required).
• An eye for detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina: able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to stay on task and receive feedback of their work performance.

Work Environment:

This role requires working early mornings and days. Protective equipment and cleaning tools will be provided. This position is vital to maintaining a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for all restaurant guests.
