WHAT TO EXPECT AS A MORNING GUEST SERVICES SPECIALIST - FRONT OFFICE ATTENDANT

In this role, you'll support guests from booking through checkout by confirming stay details, ensuring all check‑in requirements are complete, and preparing lodging spaces before arrival. Your tasks include adjusting room climate settings, checking amenities, inspecting for cleanliness, greeting guests, explaining property features, answering questions, assisting with retail purchases, and understanding basic property equipment such as HVAC, internet, door locks, and the entrance gate.
