Job Title:Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinatorto join our client and provide essential support to the recruiting team. This role is key to ensuring a seamless candidate experience by managing interview scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with job postings. Located in Scottsdale, AZ, this is a temp-to-hireposition with a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence 1–2 days per week.

Compensation:
$22 – $24/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with job postings and ensure accuracy across job boards
• Support recruiting projects, events, and process improvements as needed

Qualifications and Skills for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination within a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
