Manufacturing Coordinator (Admin)
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, and professional manufacturing department administrative coordinator to provide essential support to our team and ensure smooth daily operations. The Mfg. Coordinator ensures that all jobs and orders are fulfilled per delivery requirements while maintaining ISO guidelines using established processes for ordering material, customer communication and quality management. Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment, experience with processing purchase orders, reconciling invoicing, and basic office administrative functions.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Coordinate and process general administrative work (Timesheet, Spreadsheets, Pull Reports etc.)
- Plan and communicate Jobs and Orders both internally and externally to customers.
- Process material Purchase Orders
- Perform a variety of accounting tasks related to the collection of cost data required to monitor project budgets and schedules.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Contract review and job set-up.
- Process customer Purchase Orders for stocked products.
- Proactively engage with suppliers for price negotiations.
- Inventory monitoring – materials procurement and control
- Relationship managements – internal and external.
- Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records per ISO and Quality requirements.
- Compile data and information from technical and accounting sources; calculations and summarizations of same as directed.
- Observe safety regulations.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Skills & Knowledge:
- General manufacturing knowledge.
- A general manufacturing planning or purchasing background.
- Good attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships.
- Exhibits tact and consideration; displays a positive outlook and pleasant manner.
- Good judgement – exhibits sound and accurate judgement; displays willingness to make decisions; supports and explains reasons for decisions.
Education, Qualifications, & Experience (include but not limited to):
- High School diploma or equivalent required with Associates or College Degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of discreet or mixed-mode manufacturing, scheduling, material procurement and negotiations. ISO. QMS procedures, customer service
- ERP/MRP System, Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF Editor skills
