- 5+ years of electrical experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Proficiency with conduit installation and conduit bending for both underground and overhead runs.
- Strong experience in electrical construction, including installation of wiring, disconnects, combiner boxes, and inverters.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, one-line diagrams, and site drawings.
- Hands-on experience completing AC and DC terminations, grounding, bonding, and equipment mounting to code.
- Ability to assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical or PV systems.
- Solid understanding of NEC requirements and practical application on job sites.
- Commitment to working safely in compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety protocols.
- Capability to work outdoors, at heights, and around heavy equipment.

- Ability to adapt to changing site conditions and project priorities across multiple locations.
- Attention to detail in following plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
You will join a project-focused team that values safety, craftsmanship, and collaboration on high-impact renewable energy installations. The work offers the opportunity to apply and grow your technical skills on modern solar projects while mentoring others and contributing to a high-performing crew. You can expect a culture that emphasizes clear communication, adherence to safety standards, and pride in delivering quality work on schedule.
