What You'll Do:- Partner with Account Managers to keep projects on track
- Be the go-to resource for members & clients
- Handle calls, emails, orders, and samples like a pro
- Deliver a customer experience that wows
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years sales/customer service (flooring/wholesale a plus)
- Strong communicator & tech-savvy
- Comfortable with numbers & multitasking
