Operations Analyst, Supply Chain Visibility

The Walt Disney Company (Corporate)
Glendale, AZ

Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

The Supply Chain Visibility (SCV) team was established to meet increasing regulatory and stakeholder demands for comprehensive supply chain due diligence. A newly formed team, SCV is responsible for managing Disney’s expanding responsibilities to understand and conduct due diligence on the upstream supply chain. This includes collaborating with Corporate and Business partners to operationalize new regulatory requirements, analyzing internal and external supply chain data to evaluate compliance, developing tools and methodologies to conduct due diligence in support of regulatory requirements, and partnering with internal Sourcing teams to gather and evaluate information from Disney’s vendors.

Reporting to the SCV Operations Manager, the Operations Analyst supports the execution and ongoing operation of SCV’s global due diligence and compliance programs. The role works closely with the SCV Operations Team, the SCV Program Team, and other cross‑functional partners to support due diligence reviews, operational documentation, stakeholder engagement, and program development initiatives across various internal and external supply chain compliance programs.

We’re looking for someone who is highly detail‑oriented, analytically curious, and motivated to support complex compliance programs in a fast‑evolving regulatory environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with defined processes, handling sensitive information with care, and supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously while collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure supplier‑disclosed entities are properly catalogued and routed for denied‑party screening in accordance with established processes.
  • Prepare clear summaries of supplier assessment findings and preliminary observations to support internal review committees and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Assist in drafting and updating SOPs, workflows, and business process documentation.
  • Support knowledge‑management activities, including file organization, documentation systems, and maintenance of SharePoint and Teams platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement Support

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for stakeholder communications as needed, including scheduling meetings, technical set-up maintaining participant and contact lists, capturing and documenting meeting notes and action items.

Program Development & Project Support

  • Support special projects, including data aggregation, cleaning, and analysis, development of templates and operational tools, drafting supplier standards, guidance, and training, etc.
  • Support project coordination, including tracking tasks, documentation, and coordination activities under the direction of project leads.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of new program processes, data requirements, and platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, sustainability, human rights, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review detailed information, follow established evaluation criteria, and document findings clearly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured, process‑driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation and presentations.
  • Comfort working in evolving programs with defined guidance and supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work across time zones and within a global team.
