Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year A bit about us: Exclusively business immigration, attorney-owned caseloads, and clients operating across six continents. $100k to $160k + Bonus — Austin / Hybrid Remote — Established Immigration Firm Exclusively business immigration firm with offices in TX, CA and UT. - Handle H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions
- Prepare PERM labor certification filings
- Draft and review I-140 immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications
- Draft petitions, support letters, and legal briefs to a high standard of precision
- Manage simultaneous deadlines across multiple active matters
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case progression
- J.D. and bar admission in any U.S. state
- 1.5+ years of employment-based immigration experience
- H-1B / L-1 / O-1 / TN nonimmigrant visa petitions
- PERM Labor Certification
- I-140 Immigrant Petitions
- Adjustment of Status
- Consular Processing
- Global Work Authorization
