Executive Assistant Job Description:

Join our Technology team as a trusted partner to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Technology Leadership Team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and shaping the day to day effectiveness of senior leaders driving innovation across the organization. The Administrative Assistant serves as a proactive, highly organized contributor who enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities by anticipating needs, managing competing demands, and ensuring seamless coordination in a fast paced, evolving environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, gain insight into cutting edge technology initiatives, and be part of a collaborative team focused on bringing new ideas to life.

Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Proactive Calendar & Time Management
• Meeting Preparation, Briefings & Follow Up
• Communication Triage & Gatekeeping
• Information Preparation & Executive Reporting
• Budget & Financial Support
• Travel & Logistics Management

Executive Assistant Required Experience:

• 4+ years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• SharePoint experience a plus
• Experience with AI tools (Microsoft Co-Pilot) a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
