AZASRS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Applications and Operations Manager to lead technical teams and oversee enterprise application operations. This hybrid role combines 60% leadership and people management with 40% hands-on technical responsibilities . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and team leadership within a medium to large-scale IT environment.

• Lead, coach, and mentor technical staff to achieve operational goals.
• Manage enterprise applications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee application lifecycle: evaluation, installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure system stability and security.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend software solutions.
• Manage projects and support procurement efforts.
• Maintain software inventory and vendor contracts.
• Develop user training and documentation.
• Monitor and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and change management protocols.

• 5+ years of proven people management experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong experience with AWS Public Cloud Infrastructure , including Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CodeCommit, CodePipeline).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, especially PowerShell .
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux server operating systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise software such as:
  • IBM FileNet
  • Kofax (Tungsten Automation)
  • Atlassian Jira, Confluence
  • Fortra GoAnywhere MFT
  • SolarWinds Monitoring Suite
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

• Experience with Jira Service Management
• IBM FileNet and Kofax platforms
• Linux server administration
• Confluence documentation tools

• Security Clearance Required
• No Travel Required
